| Résumé : |
Assaults, the taking of hostages, assassination attempts, hijacking, hunger strikes, silent demonstration, wars of liberation--hardly a day goes by whithout press coverage of this type of happening. While these acts are often presented as responses to serious violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms, as a last resort against injustice, violence, and disdain, it is argued that they also should have their own limitations, set precisely by respect for human rights. |
