| Résumé : |
In selecting this title " Modern business law", the author hopes he is not guilty pf a casual choice of language. Rather, in using the word "modern," he feels a sense of responsability to an age in which sound barriers are shattered and hydrogen bombs are with us. Our entire economy is adjusting itself to a new world which shrinks with each new air travel speed record. If our economy is not to founder, the law, which regulates our economy, must keep pace with the rush of events. And that is exactly what the law is doing. |
