| Résumé : |
The English language is a very large one. The ordinary man only a few thousand of its words. Shakespeare himself used but 15,000, and Milton half as many. Yet each man understands many times more words than he has at his tongue's end, and the man who a dictionary by one's side, it is wise to write with a dictionary as one's aid, and never more than now. |
