The author is not here aiming to teach students how to do research, but, with "strategies of research in Organizational Behavior," the author is attempting to give students some understanding of the way the data they will be examining have been gathered. On the theorical side, he has integrated certain ideas regarding "transaction" with the concepts he was using in Men at work and so to apply the resulting framework throughout the book. |
